RepXpress was designed for DoughXpress and their reps to have an online collaboration center. Where Reps would have 24/7 access to up to date information regarding products or company on goings. The site was developed 100% on PHP and MySQL while incorporating AJAX for some of its functions.

Each user has their own personal profile which they can update and maintain. Each user is associated with their respective company granting them access to a company profile which they can update and maintain themselves. This company profile also reflect on the web site making it easy for the rep to correct any changes on the rep section DoughXpress site they may see.

RepXpress provides a custom corporate calendar where, depending on the users access level, they can add alerts, trade show events, or general events. These events are then display on the corporate calendar. Each event also include a commenting system were collaboration can take place on each individual event. Trade show events entered on this calendar are also reflected on the trade show section of the DoughXpress web site.

A section for up to date documentation available exclusively to their reps are available as well as a Media Kit. This media kit includes current photos of the machines in both lowres and hires photos. Ads, brochures, manuals etc.. are also available to the reps in this section.

A chat room was also implemented in to RepXpress so that DoughXpress and their reps can schedule meetings online in which everyone can be involved at one time.
